Debut in 2008 with a collection of combined chipper electronic sounds adding to it a smirk of an aged Lolita she combines suggestive lyrics with the innocence of delivery making for a sweet feminine style that is solely Yelle. Peppering her lyrics with synth infuses a sort of trans like state that gets anyone into the mood for slaughter of her mother tongue, the English language. Her overall style the embodiment of her songs are a complete mix of the mundane and the exotic, resulting in a show that is truly to remember.
She hits hard with words of suggestion yet makes it all sound trivial that even one can relate to the overall experience. She evokes dance with her songs yet hits with frequent infusion of synthesized sounds creating a sort of techno-pop mix that sends the hips and feet into twirling rhythm, dancing your way to the dance floor as if drawn in by the music which you cannot control. She is seen as a breath of fresh air in the all so familiar world of dance and of course the indie music scene where she has made her mark, how long it’ll stay there is anyone’s guess for it is such in the world of music and the forever evolving styles of indie.

Different blogs and celebrity news carries a negative banner story about Rachel Ray attending an Indie Music Event.
After the TV Host of the “30 Minute Meals” announced her plans a day party at the South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival in Austin, Texas. Her announcement drew many nasty posts and unpleasant reactions.
But the host is firm in her preference, she defends herself
“”And I don’t understand why that’s so surprising. I find it weird that they find it weird. People think I’m like this food robot or something, but music is a huge part of my life,” she continued. “I’m a huge fan of rock music in general — all kinds. I like indie stuff, my favorite band is the Foo Fighters. When I first met my husband, he told me what he made for dinner the night before, and I thought, ‘OK, well, he can cook.’ And then he told me he had a band and I was like, ‘Aw, jeez. I hope they’re good,’ because I couldn’t deal with someone who didn’t play good music.”
